We're looking for a reliable, hands‐on Storeperson to join our Trinity Petroleum Operations team in Cairns.
n
If you enjoy practical work, keeping things organised, getting out and about with deliveries and providing great service to customers, this could be a great fit.

This is a varied role where no two days will necessarily look the same. You'll help keep our lubricant store running smoothly through stock management, warehousing, customer orders, deliveries and general operational support — all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and service.

What you'll do
n
n
Receive, store, pick and dispatch lubricant products accurately and efficiently.
n
Complete lubricant and packaged product deliveries to customers across the local area.
n
Load and unload stock safely, including operation of a forklift.
n
Process customer orders, invoices, delivery dockets, stock transfers and associated documentation.
n
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with monthly stocktakes and investigation of stock variances.
n
Provide friendly, responsive service to customers via phone, email and face‐to‐face.
n
Help identify opportunities to support and grow lubricant sales through great customer relationships.
n
Keep the warehouse, depot, vehicles and equipment clean, organised and maintained to a high standard.
n
Complete required vehicle, trailer, depot and safety inspections.
n
Provide operational support across the broader team, including Marlin Marina refuelling facility coverage as required.

Follow all safety, environmental and operational procedures and contribute to a safe workplace every day.

What you'll bring

Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to stock, orders and documentation.

Great customer service and communication skills.

Confidence using computers and systems to process orders and maintain accurate records.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a close‐knit operations team.
n
A strong commitment to safety, compliance and following procedures.
n
Experience in warehousing, stores, logistics, fuel, lubricants or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
n
A current Queensland Manual Driver Licence.
n
A current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence.
n
A current High Risk Work Licence – LF (Forklift).
n

This is a hands‐on operational role involving driving, deliveries, loading and unloading, warehouse activities and manual handling. Successful applicants will be required to perform these duties safely and in accordance with company procedures.
