The Company is in search of a Head of Technology Delivery to provide senior leadership in the translation of business priorities into technology outcomes.
This role is pivotal in shaping delivery strategy and ensuring the successful execution of complex technology investments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a significant portfolio of strategic technology programs, projects, and initiatives, and must have a proven track record in leading large-scale technology delivery portfolios and complex technology environments.
The Head of Technology Delivery will also be tasked with developing delivery strategies, supporting multi-year technology roadmaps, and managing portfolio budgets, strategic vendors, and technology risk.
Applicants for the Head of Technology Delivery position at the company should possess extensive experience in senior technology or delivery leadership roles, with a focus on major technology modernization,



transformation, and enterprise change programs.
Strong people leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to partner with senior business and technology stakeholders.
The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud, integration, DevOps, cyber security, operational resilience, and IT service management.
While not mandatory, experience in utilities, infrastructure, or other complex, regulated, and operationally critical environments is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a solid executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence technology investment, governance, and delivery decisions.
