Key Responsibilities

Build and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
n
Independently source, assess and interview candidates, matching skills and aspirations to the right roles
n
Negotiate offers and terms to secure successful placements
n




Identify and win current business, expanding the client portfolio and driving revenue growth
n
Manage recruitment projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines and ensuring a outstanding candidate and client experience
n
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM and report regularly on progress
n
Uphold high standards of compliance and best practice across every placement
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience in recruitment or a related client/candidate-facing field, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
n
Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
n
Confident using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
n
A team-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to service excellence
n
