Job Connect is recruiting Factory Production Machine Operators with Forklift licences for a leading international building supplies company based in Carole Park.

If you've got hands-on experience with batching, blending or mixing products, this could be your next move.

The Role Offers:

$*****–$***** Permanent Rate + Overtime
n
Monday–Friday — Days and Arvos, Sun – Thurs for Nights
n
Choose from reliable Day, Afternoon or Night shifts
n
6:00am–2:30pm or 2:00pm–10:30pm or 10:00pm – 6:30am
n
4–6 weeks of training with expert trainers on day shift
n

The Role Involves:
n
You'll be part of an experienced production team responsible for:
n
n
Operating mixers, fillers and bagging equipment
n




Using computerised control systems to manufacture quality batches
n
Operating forklifts to move pallets and products
n
Completing safety pre-starts and identifying hazards
n
Following strict safety and quality procedures
n
Working alongside experienced permanent production operators
n
n
What You Bring:
n
We're looking for people with:
n
n
Any previous batching, blending or mixing experience in a factory environment is highly regarded
n
Ability to operate production machines to make a product
n
Ability to perform manual work, including lifting 20kg bags
n
Willingness to complete 4–6 weeks of initial training on day shift
n
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights — visas with expiry dates are not suitable for these full‐time roles
n
