About the role

Solar Panel Installer / Roofer based on the Coffs Coast. You will focus on solar panel, racking and rooftop installation while our electricians handle the electrical work. All jobs are typically located within 45 minutes of the office with no long-distance travel or overnight stays. Work week is Monday to Friday - No Weekends.

Key responsibilities
Install solar panels, racking, rooftop systems and safety equipment
Complete installations safely and within scheduled timeframes
Work collaboratively with installation crew and support teams
Maintain high standards of safety and quality workmanship on site
Assist other teams when your installation finishes early

About you
Minimum 1 year of experience installing solar panels or working as a solar roofer
Working at Heights Ticket
White Card
High standard of safety and quality workmanship




Robust team attitude and willingness to help create a positive site culture
Full driver's licence (preferred but not mandatory if working in a partnered crew)
