Store Manager – YoWay Frozen Yoghurt Robina

YoWay Frozen Yoghurt & Açaí is seeking an outgoing, approachable and hands-on Store Manager to lead our Robina Town Centre team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, knows how to build a positive team culture and is comfortable leading from the floor during busy trading periods.

You’ll oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the store, including customer experience, team performance, rostering, training, stock management, food safety, store presentation and sales performance.

Key responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the store team
Recruit, onboard and train new employees
Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Prepare rosters and manage labour costs
Monitor sales, expenses, stock levels and wastage
Complete stock orders and inventory checks
Maintain excellent food-safety and cleanliness standards
Ensure products are consistently prepared and presented
Manage store opening, closing and reporting procedures
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Support promotions, product launches and local marketing
Lead from the floor during busy evenings,



weekends and holiday periods

Previous management experience in hospitality, food retail, quick-service restaurants or a similar customer-facing workplace is preferred. Job type: Full time

Salary: Competitive package based on experience
