You are experienced in understanding customer requirements, translating those into an actionable migration plan and coordinating activities start to finish with the support of customer success, operations and delivery team. You bring end-to-end experience and are comfortable in evolving process and tooling with the support of your team. Customer onboarding involves Entra, O365 and SharePoint exercises, with many brokerages coming from legacy systems where migration becomes a critical factor in customer success.

Key responsibilities
Engage with customers
Assess source and target data structures and design migration plans, including schema mapping, transformation rules, and validation checks
Turn assessment into an actionable migration plan
Plan and execute SharePoint migrations and broader Microsoft 365 migrations — Mail, OneDrive, and Teams — including content, permissions, and metadata using bespoke tooling and products such as Purview, AvePoint and SharePoint Migration Tool
Validate migrated data and content for completeness, accuracy, and integrity,



and produce reconciliation reports
Work closely with developers to align migrations with application changes
Communicate migration timelines, risks, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

About you
Proven experience planning and executing data migrations across database technologies, at an intermediate level or above
Hands‑on experience with SharePoint migrations and broader Microsoft 365 / O365 migrations (Mail, OneDrive, Teams)
Experience with Purview, AvePoint and SharePoint Migration Tool
Experience migrating between NoSQL and relational data stores (nice to have)
Experience in Entra administration (nice to have)
