Are you a highly organised marketer who loves bringing events to life and building strong relationships? This is a great opportunity to join the growing marketing team at a respected investment management business in Australia.

You'll run a busy calendar of conferences, roadshows, webinars, client events and partnership activations, helping the business engage with financial advisers, dealer groups and investors nationally.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver a national events program, from large conferences and roadshows to roundtables, webinars and client functions, looking after venues, suppliers, travel, catering, registrations and guest communications
Bring sponsorships and industry partnerships to life so the brand gets robust visibility and a real return from each one
Work with sales, product, leadership, external partners and suppliers to make sure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression
Produce adviser invitations,



emails and marketing materials, and support wider B2B activity, including campaigns, product launches and adviser engagement programs
Track and report on event results, and use the insights to improve performance and the attendee experience over time

What You'll Bring
Around 2 to 5 years in a B2B marketing, events, partnerships or sponsorship role
Solid planning skills and a sharp eye for detail, with the ability to juggle several projects and still deliver high-quality work
Confident communication and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at every level
Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing platforms is highly regarded, and a background in financial services, wealth or professional services is a bonus but not essential
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a willingness to get stuck in wherever you're needed

Please Note
This role will involve some evening events and interstate travel.
