About the Role

Living Choice is seeking an experienced and driven State Sales Manager - NSW to lead sales performance across our retirement living communities throughout Current South Wales. This is a unique chance to combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales, driving occupancy growth while leading and developing a high-performing sales team. You'll work closely with village, marketing and operational teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals across NSW
Drive occupancy, settlement and sales targets
Manage key sales opportunities from enquiry through to settlement
Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families and referral partners
Analyse performance data and identify growth prospects
Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to maximise results
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
Represent Living Choice at industry and community events

About You

You're a motivated sales leader who enjoys developing people, building relationships and achieving results. To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Current NSW Real Estate Licence
Registered Land Agent Licence
Minimum 5 years' experience in property sales




Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Current Australian Driver's Licence
National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)

Experience within retirement living, land lease communities or residential property sales will be highly regarded.
