Appsierra Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute expert-level software engineering knowledge to the development and evaluation of AI systems. You will create reinforcement learning settings that test AI models on realistic software engineering problems, including debugging, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization.

Remote contract engagement for approximately 15 hours per week, with compensation based on output and tasks completed.
