Site Supervisor – Commercial Construction
Location: Morayfield / Moreton Bay / Brisbane / QLD
Rate: $70–$110 per hour + super, depending on experience
Duration: 3 weeks initially
Start: 5th Oct

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a solid commercial construction background to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a commercial construction project in the Morayfield / Moreton Bay region.

You will be responsible for coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities while ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification
Monitor quality, progress and site productivity
Conduct site meetings and coordinate project requirements




Maintain site documentation, safety and compliance requirements
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
Identify and resolve site issues as they arise

About You
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
Solid understanding of commercial construction processes
Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and trades
Solid communication and organisational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation
Relevant construction qualifications preferred
White Card essential
ABN and appropriate contractor insurances required

Pay: $70.00 – $110.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
