About the Role n
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care overnight, ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centred support in a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Deliver evidence-based, person-centred nursing care
n
Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to clinical needs during night shifts
n
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
n
Manage wound care and maintain accurate clinical documentation
n
Provide leadership, guidance and clinical oversight to care staff on duty
n
Support and mentor Care Workers to maintain quality care standards
n
Foster a calm, safe and respectful environment for residents overnight
n
Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals
n




Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care and positive resident outcomes
n
Roster n
This permanent part-time position offers a consistent overnight roster with shifts from
11:00pm to 7:15am

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
n
What You'll Bring Essential n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
n
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and leadership skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Commitment to delivering respectful, person-centred care
n
Ability to work independently and confidently during night shifts
n
Current National Police Check
n
Current First Aid and Manual Handling certificates
n
Desirable n
n
Italian language skills (advantageous but not essential)
n
Experience working with older people living with dementia and complex care needs
n
