Our client is seeking a candidate with an excellent telephone manner to join their customer service team.
n
This role is working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm (or similar)
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Handling phone enquiries from both business and consumer type customers
n
Processing orders
n
Updating and maintaining Salesforce
n
Any required follow ups
n
n
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable at working within a small team workplace.
n




This role is available to start early October and will run through until the Christmas break.
n
There is also a possibility that the role could recommence in January for 1-2 months, however this is not confirmed at this stage.
n
