RACV Torquay Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead high-performing front-of-house teams across conferences, events, restaurants, bars and in-room dining, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial results.
You will oversee rosters, labour costs, stock control and daily cash handling, collaborate with kitchen and events teams, and champion continuous improvement through reporting and guest feedback.
