Duffs Jewellers is seeking a Full time Second in Charge (2IC) Manager to join our Warrnambool store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high brand presentation standards.

You will support the Manager in daily operations while motivating the team in a high-performance workplace. Applicants should have two years of management experience in retail (ideally fashion), solid customer relations skills, and the ability to exceed KPIs.
