PROJOIN builds high-end commercial joinery for health, education, hospitality, fit-out: confirm sectors projects across Melbourne. We're growing, and we need an experienced cabinet maker who can take a set of shop drawings and deliver finished, accurate joinery without being walked through it.

The work
Fabricate and assemble commercial joinery from shop drawings and cutting lists
High-pressure laminate, edging and finishing to a consistent, high standard
Check your own work before it leaves your bench, and flag drawing or material issues early
Support site installations when projects require it

What you bring
3+ years' post-trade experience in cabinet making or joinery
Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent)
Confidence reading architectural and shop drawings
The ability to plan your own work, hit deadlines and keep quality high under pressure




A current driver's licence and White Card

This role isn't for you if:
You need someone checking your work at every step
You'd rather wait for instructions than find the answer yourself
"Close enough" is your standard for finish and accuracy
You find out about a drawing or material problem and keep building anyway
