This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving profitable sales growth, expanding market share, and maintaining strong customer partnerships.
The role manages a diverse portfolio of products for a fast-paced, results-driven business.
You will support account management and new business development while working closely with the team to deliver exceptional results.

You're an energetic commercially driven professional with a proven track record in sales and business development.
You'll bring strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and deliver sustainable profitability.
You understand the demands of customer satisfaction and thrive on achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customers to drive sales and profitability.
Secure new business opportunities and product innovation opportunities.
Support negotiations, pricing reviews, and tender submissions to achieve commercial objectives.
Monitor market trends, and customer insights to inform on strategy.
Collaborate with teams to ensure on-time delivery and product compliance.
Provide reporting and commercial insights, driving performance accountability.
You'll bring:
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and management skills.




5+ years' experience in commercial, account management, or sales roles.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and execute market growth opportunities.
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
Understanding of production, supply chain, and quality requirements (within food manufacturing desirable).
