Employment Type:Full Time, Ongoing (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADO
Location:Warrnambool Campus
This position is based in Warrnambool; however, the Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (OAMHWS) provides coverage across the regional areas of Hamilton, Portland, and Camperdown.
As a result, travel across these locations will be a requirement of the role.
Classification:Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, Social Worker Grade 4, Occupational Therapist Grade 4 or Psychologist Grade 3
Salary Range:$108,279 - $130,603 per annum, plus superannuation

Our Older Adults Mental Health & Wellbeing Service (OAMHS) supports people aged 65 and over to live well, remain connected, and recover with dignity.
We are a community‐based, multidisciplinary service providing comprehensive mental health assessment, treatment, psychoeducation and recovery‐focused care.
As a Senior Clinician, you will play a key leadership role within the team, working alongside the Team Leader and Consultant Psychiatrist to coordinate clinical service delivery and support best practice care.
You will also provide clinical guidance, contribute to service development, and help foster a collaborative, supportive team culture.
This is an excellent chance to combine hands on clinical work with leadership responsibilities while being part of a respected and passionate team.
What you bring
Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration (where required) or eligibility for professional association membership.




At least 5 years' experience in mental health service provision.
Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong skills in mental health assessment, risk management, and evidence-based interventions.
Excellent communication, coordination, and supervisory capabilities.
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policy frameworks and contemporary mental health practice.
Current and valid driver's licence.
