What You'll Be Doing
You'll work with older adults and NDIS participants in their homes to:
Conduct comprehensivehome safety and functional assessmentsfor clients in your local area!
Recommend and prescribeequipment and home modifications
Delivermanual handling adviceandfalls prevention education
ProvideNDIS services, including AT applications, SIL/SDA assessments, capacity-building therapy, and functional reports
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Start by checking your daily visits and packing any tools or equipment.
Travel to your first client's home, provide therapy or assessments, and recommend solutions to promote safety and independence.
Complete notes and reports during the day to stay on top of your documentation.
Connect with your colleagues online or in person to share ideas and support.
End your day feeling fulfilled, knowing you've made a real difference.
What We're Looking For
Occupational Therapy degree
AHPRA Registration (or pending outcome)
NDIS Worker Check (or willing to apply)
Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
Current Driver's Licence + access to your own vehicle
