Job Description
Darks Coffee Roasters are taking on a new cafe site with a small kitchen in the Lambton area.
We are looking for 2 chefs/cooks to help us fill a 7 day roster with positions available for 38 hours per week and 20 to 30 hours per week.
Early starts and early finishes with no night work needed.
Possibility of weekday work only for the right applicant.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of the role and help create a easy yet creative menu
Prepare gourmet toasties, burgers, B&E; rolls, wraps and other menu items
Make house made sauces and relishes to elevate the offering
About you
Chef or cook with relevant experience
Ability to take ownership and contribute to menu creation
