Join a progressive, owner‐operated mixed cropping business in a true senior farmhand/assistant role.
You'll take charge of day‐to‐day operations—run modern machinery, set priorities, and keep things moving when the owners are off‐farm.

About the role:
Run seeding/harvest machinery and daily servicing
Operate boom spray
Own day‐to‐day logistics and coordination




Support/guide seasonal staff during peak periods
Keep owners informed
execute to plan(agronomy/programmingset by owners)
Basic mechanical troubleshooting
Occasional truck driving at seeding and harvest (HR/HC)
About you:
Broadacre experience (seeding & harvest) with strong machine skills
Boom spraying competence (or transparent pathway to autonomy)
Practical mechanical aptitude
safety‐first mindset
Communicative, low‐ego, reliable
works well solo and with owners
Licences: C essential (HR/HC/MC highly regarded)
