Park Street General Practice – Geelong VIC
Park Street General Practice has an exciting chance for our friendly Practice located in Geelong.
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse (RN Div 1, Div 2) with a positive attitude and commitment to high quality care.
Key responsibilities
Support doctors with day-to-day clinical needs of the practice
Provide direct care to patients
Assist doctors with Chronic Disease Management Plans, Health Assessments
Administering Immunisations
Assisting with procedures
Stock monitoring and ordering
Managing Patient Recalls, MyMedicare registrations, eHealth and patient record maintenance
and other general nursing duties
About you
We are looking for someone who is clinically capable, organised, approachable and comfortable working in a busy medical practice.
You will have:
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
A minimum of 1 year experience in General Practice setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
