Prestige Plants is looking for an ambitious sales leader to take charge of the commercial side of the business.
You will be one of only two senior leaders, reporting directly to the Director, with real authority over sales, major customers, pricing and commercial performance.
This is a chance to build a business as if it were your own.

The Role
You will:
Own the sales and gross-margin budget.
Lead and develop a team of four.
Personally manage major contractors and key accounts.
Drive solid year-on-year sales growth.
Manage complex projects from quotation through delivery.
Make key pricing and commercial decisions.
