The Athlete’s Foot in Sydney is seeking a National Training Manager ANZ to lead strategy and develop store teams across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will oversee onboarding, product knowledge, leadership development and the accreditation pathway from Fit Technician to Master Fit.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a team, partner with area and store managers, and travel across the region to deliver impactful learning experiences and ensure compliance and KPIs.
