The Rusty Rabbit in Darlinghurst is seeking a creative, passionate chef to join our busy café team. This permanent full time role reports to the restaurant manager and involves leading the kitchen during shifts.

You will manage cost control, menu development, health standards, and staff rostering, while mentoring junior chefs and collaborating with the FOH team to deliver breakfast and lunch service.
