Workforce International are seeking Precast Labourers for ongoing works in the Newcastle area.
In this role, you will play a key role in manufacturing precast concrete structures.
While we always welcome experienced precast labourers, this role is also open to those with previous labouring experience who are interested in precast concreting.
About the role:
ASAP start for the right person
Monday-Friday hours with regular OT available!
Casual role with potential for permanency for the right candidate
Duties may include:
Oiling and preparing concrete moulds
Assisting with concrete pours
Assisting with placement of reinforcement
Working with a team to achieve desired outcomes and production targets




Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a protected work environment
A successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience in precast is highly desiredhowever not essential
Experience with general labouring and operating hand & power tools
Ability to satisfy pre-employment medical including D&A; screening
OHS White Card
Reliable transport
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
