RT Health is looking for a proactive Member Retention Consultant to join the Parramatta contact centre in a full‑time, permanent role. You will be the first point of contact for members, promote RT Health products and work to retain memberships.

You will also aim to win back lapsed members while handling price, product or claim concerns within policy guidelines, and contribute to delivering outstanding member service in a hybrid work workplace.
