Job Description
Estia Health is seeking a Health and Safety Business Partner to help create a safe, healthy workplace across its homes. The role involves hybrid work and travel to Brisbane and the Gold Coast three days a week to partner with local leadership.

You will provide specialist advice, trend analysis, and strategic direction on complex claims while promoting a solid safety culture and compliant operations across Queensland, NSW, SA and VIC.
