GAZMAN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Castle Towers to lead a busy team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage rostering and inventory, and create a high-performing store culture.

The role requires a hands-on leader with proven retail experience, robust visual merchandising skills, and availability across Sunday to Thursday (28.5 hours/week).
