Job Description
BaptistCare Victoria is seeking casual Personal Care Workers for BaptistCare Peninsula View in Frankston, providing hands-on aged care aligned to each resident's care plan. Shifts include mornings, afternoons and nights across weekdays and weekends, offering variety and meaningful connections.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) and at least 12 months' experience in residential aged care, with a compassionate, discreet, and team-focused approach.
