Job Description
We specialise in custom-made jewellery, including engagement and wedding rings, and sell loose diamonds and coloured gemstones. We use a variety of production methods, including CAD. Parker Diamonds was established 14 years ago and we are a fun and agile team always looking to grow and expand which means there is always great opportunities within the business.

Tasks & responsibilities

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
n
Organise and schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Team
n
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
n
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled customer deliveries
n
Collecting and delivering from suppliers in the CBD area
n
Provide general support to clients and Team members
n
Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
