The CompanyCareerMode is working exclusively with a private equity backed property investment group that has a transparent mandate to grow. With new assets on the horizon and an ever-expanding portfolio, the group is adding an Assistant Accountant to their established team.

Working alongside the Senior Accountant you'll enjoy a broad scope including director mentorship from the CFO. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

The Role

Manage AP & AR
n
Support property accounting
n
Reconciliations & reporting
n
Prepare accruals, prepayments and property journals
n
Manage outgoings calculations through to billing and tenant refunds
n
Assist with month end reporting and processes
n
Support tax and compliance
n

About You
n

Working towards your CA or CPA qualification
n
Experience in property accounting is highly desirable although not essential
n
Solid understanding of accounting
principlesIntermediate
to Advanced Excel
n
