Domestic Assistant / House Cleaner – Aged & Disability Support

Join our friendly team providing cleaning support for elderly and disabled clients across Western Sydney.
n
We offer flexible hours, Monday to Friday work, and a supportive team environment where you'll feel valued and appreciated.
n
The work location varies from day to day and may include areas such as the Hills District, Parramatta, Greystanes, Blacktown, the Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury.
n
We aim to roster you within a suitable area each day, rather than requiring you to travel across our entire service area. Where possible, we will keep travel between jobs to around 15 minutes.
n
The position initially starts on a casual basis while a regular client base is established. During this period, available hours are supported by one-off jobs such as spring cleans and window cleaning, as well as covering shifts for workers who are on leave.
n
Once a regular client base and consistent hours are established, there is the potential for the position to transition to permanent part‐time employment.



The majority of our staff are employed on a permanent part‐time basis.

What You'll Do
n

Provide cleaning services for elderly and disabled clients in their homes
n
Use client products and equipment
n
Represent our organisation with professionalism and care
n
n
What We Offer

$30–$35 per hour (depending on employment type)
n
Paid travel between jobs (.97c per km)
n
No weekend or after‐hours work
n
Closures on Public Hoildays and week off during Christmas / Recent year period.

What You'll Need

Reliable car with comprehensive insurance
n
Current driver's licence
n
Reliable phone (allowance provided)

Current NDIS worker screener - or ability to obtain on hiring
n
Ability to travel between client homes
n
Availability to work during school holidays
