The Position:

An exciting opportunity to join our expanding Security Division has arisen. This full-time permanent position offers the chance to be at the forefront of the security, electrification & electrical technology revolution and play a pivotal role in shaping Australia's push to an Electrical 4.0 future.

Responsibilities:
n
As a Security Technician at ASG, your responsibilities will include:
n

Install, maintain, and service electronic security systems, including CCTV surveillance systems, and access control systems
n
Conduct fault-finding, repairs, and system testing
n
Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance
n
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, building plans, and technical documents
n
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
n




Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
n

Open Cabling Registration with a Structured Cabling endorsement

Construction White Card
n
Current Asbestos Awareness & Working with Asbestos Containing Materials Certification
n
Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to hold a Baseline security clearance
n
A current ACT 2E Security Employee Licence is preferred. Applicants who are eligible and willing to obtain the appropriate ACT licence will also be considered
n
An EWP licence and Working at Heights certification are desirable but not essential
n
A National Police Check will be required prior to commencement
n
