n 6-8 week initial contract | Potential extension to year-end | CBD

We're looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the commercial team on a $200M+ Energy project that has just broken ground.
n This is a excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate commercial support during the critical early stages of construction.
n The major subcontract packages are already awarded, so you'll be stepping into an active project environment and taking ownership of the day-to-day contract administration requirements.

The Role
n
Working closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager and delivery team, you'll be responsible for:
n
n
Day-to-day administration of awarded subcontract packages
n
Variations, claims and payment assessments
n
Contractual correspondence and notices
n
Subcontractor management and commercial queries
n




Maintaining contractual and commercial registers
n
Commercial reporting and forecasting
n
Identifying contractual risks and potential exposures
n
Supporting the project team with contractual and commercial matters
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
5+ years' experience in Contracts Administration
n
A background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Civil Contractor
n
Experience across major civil, infrastructure or Energy projects
n
Strong subcontract administration experience
n
Solid knowledge of variations, claims and contractual processes
n
The ability to operate independently and hit the ground running
n
A practical, commercially minded approach
n
