Join Komatsu as a Technical Trainer – Mechanical, with a key focus on delivering technical training across Western Australia.

This role will suit an experienced Mechanical or Mobile Plant Technician who enjoys sharing their technical knowledge and developing the skills of others. We are also open to candidates who come from a training or RTO background, with the technical capability and industry knowledge to deliver mechanical training on Komatsu equipment.

You'll deliver training to Komatsu technicians, apprentices and customers, with a robust focus on the mechanical operation, systems and servicing of Komatsu machines.

The position is based from our Welshpool office, with regular travel across WA to Komatsu branches and customer sites. We are also open to considering a candidate based in Brisbane,



with travel required to support WA training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver mechanical technical training across Komatsu equipment and systems
n
Develop and maintain technical training materials and programs
n
Train Komatsu apprentices, technicians and customers
n
Assess training outcomes and identify opportunities to improve capability
n
Work with technical specialists and internal teams to keep training current
n
Travel across WA to branches and customer sites to deliver training
n
n
Role Located: Welshpool WA.
n We are open to candidates working from our Sherwood, QLD facility.
