Job Description
Tasman Butchers is one of Victoria's largest independent butchers, with 9 stores across metropolitan Melbourne. We are seeking a creative and organised Graphic Designer / Marketing Co-ordinator to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this hands‐on role is ideal for a recent graduate or emerging creative qualified looking to develop their skills across graphic design, content creation and retail marketing.

Key responsibilities

Create and deliver marketing materials across print, digital and in-store channels
n
Design promotional artwork, signage, social media assets and branded content
n
Create and manage website assets, imagery and promotional content
n
Create, manage and schedule social media content across relevant platforms
n
Manage influencer partnerships and coordinate collaborations where required
n
Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers and creative partners to support marketing initiatives
n
Support marketing campaigns from concept development through to execution
n
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
n

About you
n
n
A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field
n
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign,



Illustrator and Photoshop
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to bring creative ideas to life
n
Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
n
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
n
Confidence working independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to interpret creative briefs
n
Experience in content creation, including photography, video or short-form digital content, is highly regarded
n
An interest in food, retail and consumer trends
n
Previous retail, grocery or FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential
n
