Job Description
Pact Group Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Recovery & Wellbeing Coach to join our Group Health & Safety team. You will partner with leaders, employees and healthcare providers to support protected recovery outcomes for injuries or illness, with regular travel across NSW and interstate as needed.

You will manage workers compensation cases, develop return-to-work plans and coordinate early intervention and onsite physiotherapy programs, while maintaining accurate records and supporting wellbeing
