Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical | 3 Years | Commencing January ****Ever wondered who keeps a chocolate factory running? Over three years, you'll work across different areas of the Mars Ballarat factory, learning from experienced people and developing the mechanical skills needed to help keep a major manufacturing operation running reliably.
n
And yes, your workplace happens to make some of the world's best-known chocolate.

Learn a trade by actually doing it
n
This isn't three years spent watching from the sidelines.
n
You'll gain hands‐on experience across the factory, learning about the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment while completing your nationally recognised Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical.
n
You'll combine structured training with real experience on the tools, giving you the skills and confidence to build a long‐term career in the trade.
n

We're looking for someone who:
n
n
has a genuine interest in mechanics and enjoys understanding how things work
n
is keen to learn both in the classroom and on the tools
n
works well with others but can also get on with a job independently
n
can follow instructions, organise your work and tackle different tasks
n
takes workplace health and safety seriously.
n
n
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment would be useful, but it isn't essential.
