Job Description
Life Without Barriers on the Central Coast invites an empathetic Therapeutic Youth Worker to join our 24/7 residential team caring for a young person with an intellectual disability and complex behaviours. You will apply trauma-informed strategies to support emotional regulation, wellbeing and personal growth.

The role requires availability for afternoon, sleepover and weekend shifts as our Homes operate around the clock.
