Job Description
Lake Moodemere Estate in Rutherglen, Victoria, is expanding its kitchen team and seeks an experienced Head Chef for a full-time, in-person role. You will lead day-to-day operations, design seasonal menus, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality, presentation and service.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, a minimum of three years of full-time kitchen experience, and robust HACCP knowledge.
