About the Role
n
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators (minimum Diploma-qualified) to join our dynamic Lane Cove team. Permanent positions are available in both a full-time and part-time capacity, commencing as soon as possible. For part-time candidates, the required shift pattern is Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Designing and implementing play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.

Ensuring child safety and well-being:
Prioritising children's safety and health, and maintaining a clean and stimulating environment.

Building strong relationships:
Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
n
Supporting children's development:
Guiding children's growth in all areas of development, from physical to social-emotional.
n
Contributing to a positive team culture:
Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and continuously improve practices.

Adhering to regulatory requirements:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements & Selection Criteria:
n
n
Education & Pedagogy:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher), with demonstrated expertise in preschool programming and a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
Child Safety Commitment:
Demonstrated understanding of, and explicit commitment to child safety principles and children's rights in early childhood settings by providing evidence of your completed Child Safety training.
n
WWCC Details
: Applicants must provide a valid Working With Children Check Clearance (WWCC) number and date of birth.
