PCYC NSW seeks an enthusiastic Youth Worker in Grafton to support disengaged youth through the 10-week Fit for Work program and related activities. You will facilitate group sessions, help students re-engage with school life, and work with Well-Being Teams to address their needs.

You’ll operate in a 1:5 mentoring ratio, with up to 10 students per class, and participate in ongoing career development.
