The Power Plant Manager reports to the Regional Operations Director and is responsible for the overall performance of a easy cycle power generation facility and all final decision making and coordination regarding the power plant - including labor planning and development, maintaining communication with the corporate office and customer, managing vendor relationships, overseeing plant budget performance and finances, and maintenance of the in office equipment and assets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity in power generation or heavy industrial plant operations.
2+ years experience managing gas turbine (Aeroderivative) plants
Management of large-scale plant operations preferred.

Requirements
Preferred knowledge in other languages
Ability and willingness to live and travel as required within the project country and region
