Due to ongoing growth and success, we are seeking an Admin Sales Support Junior to join our close-nit team located in South Melbourne.

Responsibilities of the role
Monitor and manage incoming quote requests from customers
Process accurately quotes in a timely and efficient manner
Closely monitor any unforeseen delays and/or issues with customer orders
Work closely with suppliers to ensure that we meet the expectations of our customers
Liaise with the Office Manager regarding customer accounts
Follow up quotes in progress




Actively maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders.
Meet deadlines as assigned for projects; handle multiple priorities and complex tasks on a routine basis.

Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills
Have the ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment
Excel in organisation and prioritisation
Demonstrate exceptional customer service
Advanced Microsoft Office skills will also be highly regarded
