LDR Petroleum Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at BP Fuel Station, located at 1 Music Street, Carmila, Qld ****. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is committed to managing the store efficiently on a long-term basis.

Duties and Responsibilities: n
n
Managing the fuel station branch and staff to deliver store objectives.
n
Create a safe working environment for your team and customers.
n
Be responsible for inventory management, stock takes, daily reconciliation, banking and other administrative duties as required.
n
Ensure the customer experience is positive, leading to new opportunities and repeat business.
n
Product selection and setting up prices by implementing competitive purchasing and pricing policies to reduce expenditure and increase sales.
n
Markets products by advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyses operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
n




Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained.
n
Maintains store staff by recruiting, onboarding, orienting, and training new team members.
n
Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the store and of individual staff members to ensure service standards and goals are met.
n
Prepare and control the store's budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
n
Control costs without compromising standards and customer service.
n
Manage current stock deliveries and merchandise the store.
n
Ensure occupational health and safety guidelines are always maintained and adhered to by the staff.
n
Skills and Experience: n
n
The candidate must have at least one years' experience in a similar role.
n
A minimum Diploma level qualification is required.
n
Proven ability to achieve sales, KPI's & manage stock take.
n
A true passion for retail & growing your retail management career
n
Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
