We are seeking an onsite Skilled Leadinghand for a well established pool building and landscaping business, servicing sites across Greater Brisbane.

Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications:
n
n
Construction Industry White Card
n
Minimum 3 years Site Supervisor, Foreman, or leading hand experience (current)
n
n
And the following attributes:
n
n
Demonstrated skills in all aspects of Hard and Softscaping experience incl. concrete swimming pool construction, decorative concreting and fencing.
n
Team leading skills
n




Managing a project from start to finish, including ordering correct quantities of plans.
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Problem solving and ability to work well with both clients and team members
n
Initiative and ability to lead by example with a flexible, pragmatic attitude
n
Ability to work autonomously or positively within a team, engaging well with
staff/clients/subcontractors.
n
