Prothom is a growing property maintenance company servicing residential properties across Melbourne. We work closely with real estate agencies, property managers and property owners to provide reliable, high-quality maintenance and repair services.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a full time basis.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working independently and solving problems rather than being stuck doing the same job every day.

Handyman - Full-Time
n
You will attend residential properties throughout Melbourne and complete a wide variety of general maintenance and repair jobs.
n
Work may include:
n
n
General property maintenance and repairs
n
Door, lock, handle, skirting and architrave repairs
n
Carpentry works
n
Plaster patching and repairs
n
Painting and touch-ups
n
Silicone, caulking and re-grouting
n
Blind and curtain repairs and installation
n
Minor tiling and flooring repairs
n
Installing fixtures, fittings and hardware
n
General internal and external property repairs
n
Troubleshooting maintenance issues and finding practical solutions
n
n
You'll be supported by our office team, who organise and allocate your jobs,



allowing you to focus on completing quality work and providing a professional service.

The ideal person will:

Have experience in handyman, property maintenance, carpentry or a similar trade
n
Be confident completing a variety of maintenance tasks
n
Have strong practical and problem-solving skills

Be able to work independently
n
Have good attention to detail
n
Be organised and manage their time effectively
n
Communicate professionally with tenants, clients and our office team
n
Leave each property clean and tidy
n
Be reliable and have a positive attitude
