We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Storeperson to join our Logistics team in Ringwood, initially on a casual basis.
n
This person willensure inventory accuracy throughout the business,ensuring timely receipt and supply of inventory in support of all production departments, and internal/external customers.
n
Roles and Responsibilities include:
n
n
Achievement of KPI's for the issue of raw materials and delivery of finished goods
n
Receipt of goods in accordance with dedicated QC levels
n
Ensure all goods are stored in accordance with OH&S; requirements and to maintain product integrity
n
Maintain inventory accuracy
n
Identify and recommend improvement activities in stock control
n
Participation in cycle counting process
n
Data entry relating to inventory transactions into MRP system
n
Housekeeping and other duties as required.
n
n
Skills required:
n
n




Experienced in warehousing/stores procedures and protocols.
n
Previous experience in a Medical Devices, Pathology or Analytical stores environment would be highly regarded.
n
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
n
Ability to adapt and share responsibilities with a small team.
n
Load/unload trucks using a Walkie Stacker
n
Receive/put-away and pick/dispatch stock
n
Local and interstate transport booking experience an advantage
n
Familiarity with lot/batch and expiry-controlled products
n
Understand the importance of accuracy when picking customer orders
n
Strong attention to detail
n
A positive "can-do" attitude and exceptional teamwork skills
n
Physically fit for manual work
n
