VoltX Energy is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage enquiries and coordinate customer matters across the business. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and coordinating multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
You'll work closely with our installers and customers to ensure enquiries and issues are followed through from start to finish, with accurate notes and timely updates across installation, service and operations teams.
